PROFILE
Dr. A.K. Mishra is faculty in the area of Finance & Accounting since 1996. He has over ten years of post Ph.D. academic, research, consultancy and training experience in the field of Financial Management, Management of Financial Services, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Management of Financial Institutions & International Finance.
ACADEMIC ASSIGNMENTS

He was also on the faculties of NIFM, Faridabad; IMT, Ghaziabad  and CMD, Modinagar. He has been the visiting Professor in IIFM, Bhopal, IIMM, New Delhi; ICWAI; PNB-Central Staff Training College, New Delhi & ABS, Noida. He has been associated with various Management Schools and Professional Bodies as external examiners and paper setter. viz. ICWAI, ICSI, ICFAI & IGNOU
PUBLICATIONS
He has published twenty-six research papers and three Working papers on finance. Book publications include three books on Venture Capital Financing in India, International Finance and Global Capital Market and Financial Accounting for Managers.
EDUCATION
He is the position holder in his Bachelors & Masters Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Finance from Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi where he was included in the University’s Honour List. He also received his Ph.D. in Finance from B.H.U and was awarded the Industrial Finance Corporation of India research fellowship for the best thesis proposal.

TEACHING
His regular teaching includes management accounting He has also developed the course on financial services, that now includes links, as well as the recent developments.
TRAINING & CONSULTING

He has conducted highly successful management development programmes for practising senior & middle level executives of corporate & non-corporate sectors as well as for senior civil servants of India & South Asian Countries. He has been rendering  consulting  services to many companies and government agencies in India.
